Approval Rules
Admins can configure rules that check finalized contracts and initiate an approval process if the criteria are met. Approval rules can be based on criteria such as:- Discount amount: Require approval for contracts that exceed a certain discount percentage.
- Contract value: Trigger an approval workflow for high-value deals to ensure executive oversight.
