Measure provides a comprehensive payment processing system that automates collecting payments, tracking transactions, and handling refunds. This gives you a centralized view of your cash flow and simplifies financial operations.From the Measure dashboard, you can access a detailed overview of all payments, including high-level aggregations and powerful filtering options. This allows you to easily track payments by status, currency, payment provider, and transaction type. You can also choose to show or hide Stripe Connect transactions.
Measure integrates with a variety of third-party payment providers to automate payment collection and refunds. When a payment is processed through an integrated provider, the transaction is automatically logged in Measure and associated with the correct invoice, triggering the appropriate status changes.For a complete list of supported payment providers, please see our Integrations section.For payments collected outside of our automated system (such as wire transfers, ACH, or checks), Measure allows you to manually record the payment and mark the corresponding invoice as paid. This ensures that your financial records in Measure remain accurate and up-to-date, regardless of how the payment was received.
Measure simplifies the process of issuing refunds for payments. You can issue full or partial refunds directly from the payment transaction details in the Measure dashboard.When a refund is processed through an integrated payment provider, Measure automatically handles the transaction and updates the associated invoice and credit note records. For manual payments, you can log the refund to maintain accurate accounting.You can also issue credits to a customer’s account, which can be automatically applied to future invoices.
